Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career when she was just 16 years old, and she gave up the sport of gymnastics. Within a year, she was awarded her Professional Card at age 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She started competing in fitness shows when she was 16, after she quit her childhood gymnastics career. In the year 17 she was awarded her Pro Card one year later. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest. Ariel took six year off from the stage after earning Pro-Card to finish her university studies. In 2015, she returned to the stage and continued from where she previously left off competing in top competitions including The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. Following her first appearance she competed for a long time and establishing higher goals each year. She was awarded four more fitness championships by the close of the year. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel spent her first six years in contest to earn her college diploma. She made a comeback in October of 2015, with her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut in Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games. At the show, she came in third. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify to compete in the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian took to the stage three months later and returned with a 6th place in the Fitness Division. Ariel admits that she didn't have any expectations. She was happy with her placement. The competition was among the top athletes. Ariel continues to impress bringing an improved version of her body each year. Ariel loves working out her lower back. This is made up of bent-over rows, pull-downs using a single arm on a pull-up machine as well as seated rows. The first step is warming up before going onto work out sets. Ariel uses her time efficiently. The supersetting of all back exercises into three or four 10-12 rep supersets is what she is doing.
